我們希望藉由咖啡的日常儀式感,引發大家對健康生活的更多思考。不知從何時起,一杯咖啡就成為了你每天不可或缺的習慣,它代表著一種生活節奏的開始、一種自我照顧的方式。那麼,運動是否也可以像咖啡一樣,悄悄融入你的生活?我們鼓勵你像堅持喝咖啡一樣,堅持每一次流汗、每一次深呼吸,哪怕只是簡單的冥想或拉伸。為此,我們特別設計了輕運動體驗區,透過趣味遊戲、打卡活動、瑜珈皮拉提斯課、營養學講座、跳舞運動等互動形式,讓大家在輕鬆氛圍中嘗試多元的身體練習。同時還有健康飲食分享和身體平衡工作坊,讓「動起來」不再是負擔,而是和一杯咖啡一樣,成為日常中值得期待的一部分。健康的生活,可以從一小步、一又咖啡、一次運動開始。

To inspire this, we've created a Light Fitness interactions, featuring fun games, workshops for yoga and Pilates classes, nutrition talks, and dance workouts, all designed to help you explore different ways of moving your body in a relaxed setting. Let's make movement no longer a chore but something to look forward to-just like your favorite cup of coffee. A healthy lifestyle begins with one small step, one sip of coffee, and one mindful moment of movement.
